1. Who do I contact regarding questions about my MasterCard® declined transactions, issuing a new card, canceling a card, temporary credit increases, website login issues, traveling alerts, and more?

eStatements

With eStatements, you can view, download, print and save an electronic version of your monthly bank statement up to the previous 12 months that looks exactly like the paper version you receive in the mail. eStatements are secure, convenient and always free. When your eStatement is ready, we’ll send you a secure email letting you know you can view it online.

Account Alerts

Alerts help you manage your accounts and banking activity. Alerts notify you when a scheduled transaction is processed or if it fails, when a specified balance is reached, or when certificates of deposit (CDs) are maturing.

Account Aggregation

Account aggregation is a service that consolidates information from many accounts into one convenient place.  Account aggregation is one of the conveniences offered by online banking.

Bank of Labor offers an online budgeting tool to help you achieve your financial goals.

Spending Analysis

Do you want to see where you are spending your money?  Using our online Spending Analysis tool, you will be able to catalog your spending habits to help you save money and budget better.

Apple Pay

Paying your bills online is safe, simple and convenient. Schedule your payments with online bill pay in advance and take care of all your monthly bills with a few easy clicks—anytime, anywhere.

4. What is the fee to use Bill Pay?

  • No fee for regular Bill Pay features
  • Additional services for Bill Pay may incur a fee

5. How do I export transactions for QuickBooks?

You have the option to download transactions to a file on your device which then can be uploaded to QuickBooks.  Currently there is no option to export directly to QuickBooks.

6. How do I use the deposit feature on Mobile Banking?

  • Mobile Deposit Requirements:
  • Account must be open longer than 30 days
  • Must have an average daily balance of $100.00
  • Maximum daily deposit is $2500.00
  • Log in to your Bank of Labor app
  • Click “+” sign
  • Click “deposit”, click “continue” twice
  • Click allow
  • Click “front” and take picture
  • Click “back” and take picture
  • Click “deposit” to choose account
  • Click “amount type” enter the check amount
  • Click “email” and enter the email that you would like your receipt sent to.
  • Click “Continue” to finalize the deposit
  • A green message will display at the top of your next screen confirming “Your deposit was successfully scheduled”
  • You will also receive an email confirmation regarding your deposit.
