Choice of Law
This contract is to be governed at all times by the laws of the State of Kansas applicable to agreements made and to be wholly performed within that state, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions or the conflict of laws provisions of any jurisdiction that would cause the application of any law other than those of the State of Kansas.
