Joe has a 30-plus year career in commercial banking experience, including more than 10 years as an Independent Investment Advisor. He has a proven track record in relationship development and asset management as well as the know-how to fund solutions for impact investments, workforce development, historic preservation, and affordable housing nationwide.

Other areas of expertise Joe provides include Union-built commercial real estate development, apprenticeship readiness program expansion, project labor agreements and successful utilization of tax credits and other incentives.

Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Personal Management.
