Alicia joined Bank of Labor in 2015 and is committed to developing proven banking, borrowing, and lending opportunities to drive union success. Alicia has a 7-year background in marketing and brings her knowledge of long- and short-range strategic initiatives to the bank.

Earlier in her career, Alicia worked for the United Steelworkers of America, the Coalition of Black Labor Trade Unionist International and Europe Assistance U.S.A.

Alicia comes from a family with deep roots in the Labor movement. She is a member of the United Mineworkers of America Local 4242. Alicia received a Bachelor of Science degree with a focus in Marketing.
